Snow Joe wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, our return policy allows you to send back returns-eligible merchandise within 30 days of the date you received the package for a refund of the purchase price minus the shipping and handling charges if applicable and Return Label fee (The Return Label Fee is calculated by UPS). If an item needs to be exchanged or replaced due to a product defect, no Return Label fee will be deducted. Once we receive your return, Snow Joe, LLC (“Snow Joe”) will credit your original method of payment. Purchases from Snow Joe are subject to our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, which can be found at the bottom of each webpage. RETURN EXCEPTIONS:
Due to health and safety precautions, we are not accepting returns on SupplyAID branded products including masks, sanitizers and disposable gloves.

Orders totaling $125.00 or more receive FREE standard ground shipping at checkout. Taxes, shipping, discounts, protection plans, gift cards and gift-wrapping charges do not count toward the minimum qualifying purchase. This offer applies to the 48 contiguous U.S. states only.
